Milk Quality Guide - English

This series of brochures was created for the Tanzania Dairy Development Program's clients. These were adapted for the Zimbabwe Dairy and Livestock Project, and can be adapted to other programs, as well.

Nothing can improve milk quality once it is compromised at the farm level. Therefore, hygienic milk handling and quality control must be observed at all stages of the dairy value chain.
