Liberia Fact Sheet

Liberia's 14-year civil was devastated its formerly robust agricultural economy. Livestock were slaughtered for emergency food, while animal disease nearly wiped out surviving herds. This fact sheet describes our meat value chain program in Liberia that is helping to revitalize the meat processing industry. Updated February 2016.
