Jennifer Hyman, Land O’Lakes International Development Director of Communications, is the featured guest on episode 109 of Through the Noise, a weekly podcast that explores nonprofit communications. In her podcast interview, Jennifer discusses the history of Land O’Lakes International Development, what it means to create shared value, and her recent trip to Ethiopia to visit the USAID-funded Empowering New Generations to Improve Nutrition and Economic Opportunities (ENGINE) project. She details the ENGINE project activities Land O’Lakes is implementing to improve nutrition and livelihoods and shares the success stories of the ENGINE clients that she met during her trip.
